Lemina Ausa (レミーナ・オーサ,remīna ōsa?) is the Junior Premier of the Magic Guild of Vane, a training facility for magic users within Vane, an ancient city that once floated in the heavens, but was struck down by the Magic Emperor 1000 years ago. She takes a lot of pride in Vane's glorious past, and aspires to restore the city to what it once was. Unfortunately, she believes that membership to the Guild and money are the path to success and this misguided view makes Lemina very greedy and short-sighted. She does have a good heart though and comes to realize that money isn't everything and that Vane's rich history is the key to the city's revival. After befriending Hiro and the others, Lemina joins the fight to stop Zophar and save Lunar.
A magic user, Lemina has a skillset with offensive-type magic that is useful for eliminating enemies with elemental weaknesses and solid support spells. In the endgame, her Catastrophe spell delivers some of the most devastating damage in the game, rivaling even Hiro's attacks.
However, Lemina's potential is held back by overall weak stats. Her durability and speed are the lowest among all characters, making her highly vulnerable. Ironically, despite having the highest Magic Defense (MDef), her low HP also makes her the most fragile character when it comes to enduring magical damage.
Lemina has exclusive access to staves, a unique type of weapon that functions differently from standard equipment. They act like attack spells, triggered through the attack command, but they consume no MP. Additionally, they enable Lemina to target elemental weaknesses beyond the Fire and Ice elements already covered by her skillset, further enhancing her versatility in battle.
